Please reach out to our support team by through the chat app on the website or call us and we can send you the instructions to initiate your return and please include:
Your name and order number. Please note that we can only process returns within the 60 day return period.
Upon receipt of your request, we will send you detailed directions on where to return your light as well as a checklist to make sure all the contents are correctly packed and included.
PLEASE NOTE: IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THIS PROCESS IS FOLLOWED. FAILURE TO FOLLOW OUR INSTRUCTIONS MAY RESULT IN A REFUSED RETURN OR A RESTOCKING FEE.
When you return a light, we ask for it back in as new condition. We understand that some purchases just don't work out and we would like to help you in the process, we simply ask that you help us too by making sure that everything is returned to us in the same way as it was sent to you.
Missing accessories belonging to the panels (ie. goggles, cords, hooks etc) will be assessed a 20% re-stocking fee. This includes the packaging, accessories and paperwork.
Please take the proper care to re-pack your panel with everything carefully placed in the box in order to avoid a restocking fee.
Please note that only stands that come back in new condition can be accepted. If a stand has been assembled or the contents with the hardware taken out of their original packaging in a way that it cannot be restored to its original condition, it is no longer eligible for return.
